Released in 2015, Jaws of Hakkon is a downloadable expansion for BioWare's role-playing game Dragon Age: Inquisition, available on PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, Xbox 360, Xbox One, and PC. The expansion integrates directly into the main campaign and sends the Inquisitor into an overgrown wilderness inhabited by the Avvar, a fiercely independent people who settled in the southern mountains of Thedas. The central mystery concerns the fate of a previous Inquisitor and the dragon that Inquisitor once hunted. Exploring Avvar culture provides clues to unraveling this history, while an ancient Tevinter fortress conceals its own dangerous secret.
