The core gameplay incorporates a Football Intelligence system aimed at improving the realism of player movement and decision-making on the pitch. FIFA Ultimate Team returns with expanded options for assembling and managing a custom squad through collecting players and building lineups. VOLTA Football represents a notable departure from the series' stadium-focused format, drawing on informal street football culture to offer a stylistically different experience alongside the conventional club and international competition modes.
