Interceptor is a sci-fi horror RPG and adventure game developed by Deep Flame Com for PC. Set in a grim future where the Cathedral serves as humanity's last stronghold, the game casts players as a survivor who must rise from desperate circumstances and carve out a path against overwhelming odds. Progression centers on character development, allowing players to build up their abilities and acquire equipment over the course of the game. Combat puts them against soulless enemies throughout the Cathedral's corridors, with the powerful Baron standing as a central antagonist and ultimate challenge. The atmosphere leans heavily into horror, using its science fiction setting to create a tense, oppressive environment. The combination of RPG mechanics and adventure exploration gives the experience both strategic depth and a focus on narrative survival.
Rebellious and degenerate cyborgs took over a server infrastructure and cut off power supply on an insignificant planet. The Baron, in control of this area, sends an Interceptor to restore order. The sentinel does not expect the robots to hide a secret affecting the fate of the whole planetary system. As time passes, the distinction between good and evil fades. The player's task is to restore order eliminating rebels and their leaders. The rulers of the planetary system try to maintain peace and suppress the first symptoms of smoldering disturbances. But on one of the minor colonized planets, a rebellion ignites. The Barons cannot let the fragile peace of The Union collapse and allow the return of the conflagration of war. In the system, Interceptors are the law. It is their duty to ensure that the rule of law is always upheld. They exist to prevent another war. Despite the fact that they had previously fought on the other side of the barricade, they were able to unite. Even Barons take their strength into account.
