MeiQ: Labyrinth of Death is a first-person dungeon-crawling RPG developed by Compile Heart, released in 2015 for the PlayStation Vita. Players navigate maze-like environments filled with challenging maps and puzzles while managing a combined party of three human characters and three mechanical Guardian companions. Combat is turn-based, with battles requiring strategic coordination between the human party members and their paired Guardians. A central element of the gameplay involves identifying and exploiting enemies' elemental weaknesses to gain an advantage in fights. Outside of combat, players can customize their Guardian robots by equipping different parts and crystals, allowing for deeper mechanical tuning and ability enhancement. The interplay between human fighters and their robotic counterparts forms the core of both the exploration and combat systems throughout the game.

The Five chosen Machina Mages, the Three Shadows of Darkness, and the mysterious Dragon Skull Warrior... Can Estra overcome the many trials she faces, and bring light back to this world?
