Persona 3: Dancing in Moonlight is a rhythm game developed by P Studio, released in 2018 for PlayStation 4 and PlayStation Vita. The game centers on the cast of Persona 3, known as SEES, who find themselves compelled to participate in a mysterious dance party at the behest of an enigmatic figure connected to the Velvet Room. Gameplay revolves around rhythm-based mechanics, challenging players to keep pace with the music by hitting notes in time with the beat across a selection of tracks drawn from the Persona 3 soundtrack. As a spinoff from the mainline Persona series, the title prioritizes musical performance over traditional RPG elements, placing familiar characters in a dance-focused setting.
