Saints Row IV: Re-Elected is a remastered edition of Volition's open-world shooter-adventure Saints Row IV, bundling the base game with all of its downloadable content. First launched in 2015 on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One, the package was later made available on Nintendo Switch, Google Stadia, and PC via multiple storefronts. In 2022 it arrived on the Epic Games Store, and existing owners of the original Saints Row IV on Steam and GOG received automatic upgrades to Re-Elected at no cost, with crossplay supported across the different PC platforms. The game casts the player as the leader of the Saints, now serving as President of the United States, navigating an alien simulation of a fictional American city with an arsenal of weapons and superhuman abilities central to its chaotic, over-the-top action.
You are the President of the United States of America, and you must save all of us on Earth. The Boss of the Saints has been elected to the Presidency of the United States, but the Saints are just getting started. After a catastrophic alien invasion of Earth, led by the evil Overlord Zinyak, the Saints have been transported to a bizarro-Steelport simulation. With homies new and old at their side, and an arsenal of superpowers and strange weapons, they must fight to free humanity from alien granddaddy Zinyak’s mental grasp.
