Saw II: Flesh & Blood is a puzzle-adventure game developed by Zombie Studios, released in 2010 for PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360. Set between the events of the second and third Saw films, it follows Michael, son of Detective David Tapp from the original game, as he investigates his father's death and finds himself targeted by Jigsaw and a new antagonist called Pighead II. Gameplay blends survival horror, puzzle-solving, and light combat across environments including hotels, factories, and sewers. Players navigate life-or-death traps through mini-games and quick-time events, while combat involves both melee encounters against Jigsaw's thugs and trap-based attacks that exploit environmental hazards. Collectible case files and hidden Billy the Puppet dolls are distributed throughout each level. Like its predecessor, the game features multiple endings determined by choices made during the story.
