Serious Sam Collection is a first-person shooter compilation developed by Croteam, released in 2020 for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and Google Stadia. The package bundles Serious Sam HD: The First Encounter, Serious Sam HD: The Second Encounter, and Serious Sam 3: BFE, along with the expansions The Legend of the Beast and Jewel of the Nile. Players take on the role of Sam "Serious" Stone, fighting through relentless waves of alien enemies across settings that include ancient Egypt and the arenas of South America. Combat draws on a wide arsenal — shotguns, rocket launchers, heavy lasers, a minigun, and a large cannon among them. Beyond the solo campaign, the collection supports cooperative play for up to 16 players online or 4 players locally, as well as a standalone survival mode.
