Tales of Xillia is a role-playing game developed by Namco Tales Studio and released in 2011 for PlayStation 3. Set in Rieze Maxia, a world where humans and spirits coexist, the game centers on two protagonists: Jude Mathis, a medical student from the capital, and Milla Maxwell, an enigmatic woman accompanied by four invisible beings. Players choose one of the two at the start, shaping their perspective on a shared story. The central conflict revolves around a powerful device operated by the kingdom of Rashugal that is steadily depleting the world's mana supply. Recognizing the threat this poses, Jude and Milla join forces to destroy the device and replenish what has been lost.
