Mario Kart: Super Circuit is an arcade racing game developed by Nintendo, released in 2001 for the Game Boy Advance and later made available on the Wii U and Nintendo 3DS. The game features seven playable characters from the Mario franchise — Mario, Luigi, Peach, Toad, Wario, Yoshi, and Bowser — competing across 40 tracks that include both classic courses and newly designed ones. Races incorporate the series' signature item-based combat, with weapons such as Koopa Shells, banana peels, mushrooms, thunderbolts, and stars scattered throughout. A dedicated Battle mode allows players to focus on item-based combat outside of standard racing. Multiplayer support accommodates up to four players using a single Game Pak, while players who each own a copy of the game gain access to additional features and modes.
