NASCAR SimRacing is a PC-exclusive racing simulator developed by EA Orlando (credited in some sources as EA Tiburon) and published by EA Sports in February 2005. The game covers all three of NASCAR's major series at the time — the NEXTEL Cup, Busch Series, and Craftsman Truck Series — and includes all 2004 NEXTEL Cup tracks, with Pocono Raceway available as an unlockable circuit. Paint schemes from both the 2004 and 2005 Cup seasons are represented, though the original release substituted 2004 car models in place of their 2005 counterparts. A single-player career mode and online multiplayer are both supported. The cover features the vehicles of Ryan Newman, Ron Hornaday, and Chad Chaffin. NASCAR SimRacing holds the distinction of being EA's final NASCAR title released for PC; the next PC entry in the franchise would not arrive until Eutechnyx's NASCAR The Game: 2013.
