Twisted Metal: Head-On is a vehicular combat game developed by Incognito Entertainment for the PlayStation Portable, released in 2005. The seventh entry in the long-running Twisted Metal series, it tasks players with driving armed vehicles through destructive arena-based combat, combining racing and shooter mechanics in the franchise's established style. A notable milestone for the series, Head-On was the first Twisted Metal title to launch with full online multiplayer support, expanding the competitive experience beyond local play. The PSP release marked the series' debut on handheld hardware, bringing the chaotic vehicle combat the franchise is known for to a portable format developed by Incognito Entertainment, the studio behind several earlier entries in the series.
