Vampire Survivors: Operation Guns is a 2024 DLC expansion for Vampire Survivors, developed by Poncle and available across PC, Mac, Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4 and 5, Xbox One and Series X|S, iOS, and Android. The expansion is a crossover with Konami's Contra series, incorporating enemies and bosses drawn from that franchise's history alongside stages inspired by its iconic settings. Players build a squad from 11 new characters and equip them with 22 weapons rooted in arcade-style firepower, carrying over Vampire Survivors' core loop of surviving relentless waves of enemies. The expansion adds one large stage, one bonus stage, and a six-chapter adventure mode, along with 30 in-game unlocks. Like the base game, it centers on enduring overwhelming numbers of enemies, here recontextualized within Contra's bullet-heavy aesthetic and enemy designs.
