Yakuza 5 is an open-world action-adventure game developed by Ryu Ga Gotoku Studios and published by Sega, released in 2012 for PlayStation 3. The fifth mainline entry in the Yakuza series, it marks a notable expansion in scope by featuring five distinct locations spread across Japan, a first for the franchise.
