All-Star Baseball 2003 is a baseball simulation developed by Acclaim Studios Austin and released in 2002 for Xbox, Nintendo GameCube, and PlayStation 2. Part of Acclaim Entertainment's long-running All-Star Baseball series, the game is built around licensed Major League Baseball content and offers several distinct modes of play. Players can compete in exhibition matches, take control of an existing MLB franchise, or build a team from scratch. An expansion feature provides a wide selection of North American cities as potential home markets, alongside international options including Mexico City and Puerto Rico. Like most entries in the series, the cover features New York Yankees shortstop Derek Jeter. All-Star Baseball 2003 sits in the middle of a franchise that began in 1997 and continued until Acclaim's bankruptcy brought the series to a close with the 2005 installment.
