Stella Glow is a turn-based strategy RPG developed by Imageepoch, the studio behind the Luminous Arc series, released in 2015 for the Nintendo 3DS. The story centers on Alto, an ordinary young man living in a small village who stumbles upon a mysterious girl named Hilda singing in the forest — remarkable because song has been absent from the world for millennia. Hilda soon reveals herself as the Witch of Destruction, intent on annihilating the world through her harbingers. After Alto and his companion Lisette are saved from her assault on their hometown by the Knights of Regnant, Alto enlists in the kingdom's 9th Regiment. His mission becomes tracking down and uniting the remaining witches in the world as the only means of stopping Hilda and her destructive campaign.
