Suikoden III is a role-playing game developed by Konami Computer Entertainment Tokyo, released in 2002 for the PlayStation 2 and later available on PlayStation 3. Set fifteen years after the events of Suikoden II, the game follows three protagonists — Hugo, son of a village chief; Chris, a renowned Knight of Zexen; and Geddoe, a rebellious military commander — whose separate narratives converge as each works toward assembling the 108 Stars of Destiny. The game presents its world in 3D and incorporates three distinct battle systems alongside three separate styles of combat. Players can customize the skills of each protagonist and pair characters together to execute combination attacks.
