Donkey Kong Country Returns

Donkey Kong Country Returns is a side-scrolling platformer developed by Retro Studios, released in 2010 for the Wii and later the Wii U. The game follows Donkey Kong as he sets out to reclaim his banana hoard after a tribe of mystical Tikis hypnotizes the animals of Donkey Kong Island into stealing it. Players navigate a series of new levels across the island, encountering familiar characters from the long-running franchise while tackling platforming challenges designed to evoke the spirit of the original Super NES entries.
