Fire Emblem Warriors: Three Hopes is an action RPG developed by Omega Force, released in 2022 for Nintendo Switch. Set in the same universe as Fire Emblem: Three Houses, it follows Shez, a mercenary whose unit was defeated by Byleth, who subsequently enrolls at Garreg Mach Monastery's military academy. Players choose one of three houses, each affiliated with a different nation on the continent of Fódlan, a decision that determines the story path taken and the roster of playable characters available. The game blends the large-scale hack-and-slash combat associated with the Warriors series with strategic and role-playing elements, combining the dynasty-style battlefield action of the Warriors franchise with the character-driven structure and branching narrative familiar from Three Houses. The three-route structure gives the game considerable replayability, as each path offers distinct events and a different cast.
