Poochy & Yoshi's Woolly World is a side-scrolling platformer and puzzle game developed by Good-Feel, released for Nintendo 3DS in 2017. Set in a handcrafted textile world, players guide Yarn Yoshi or Yarn Poochy through stages where yarn can be thrown to form platforms and woolly transformations grant additional abilities. The game collects all stages from the Wii U original alongside new Poochy-focused levels that feature bead-collecting dashes, snowy paths, and hidden routes. A Mellow Mode allows Poochy Pups to assist in locating secrets throughout each stage. Collectibles unlock rewards including bonus stages and new Patterned Yoshi variants. Players can also design a custom Yarn Yoshi and share it with others through StreetPass. Rounding out the package are 30 stop-motion animated shorts featuring the game's two lead characters.
