NCAA Football 06

NCAA Football 06 is a collegiate American football simulation developed by EA Orlando and released in July 2005 for Xbox and PlayStation 2. A successor to NCAA Football 2005, the game features former Michigan Wolverines wide receiver and Heisman Trophy winner Desmond Howard on its cover — notably the only cover athlete in the series not to have played college football in the year preceding their featured installment, as Howard's last season at Michigan was 1991. The game holds two distinctions within the long-running series: it is the only entry to include a licensed music soundtrack, departing from the school fight songs and band pieces used across other installments, and it stands as the final game in the series to feature FCS (Division I-AA) teams alongside their higher-division counterparts.
