Tony Hawk's Pro Skater 3 is a 2001 skateboarding game developed by Neversoft Entertainment, released for PlayStation 2, Xbox, Nintendo GameCube, PC, and Mac. The third entry in the Tony Hawk's series, it lets players skate as Tony Hawk himself or select from a roster of 13 professional skaters, including established names such as Bucky Lasek, Chad Muska, and Jamie Thomas alongside newcomers like Steve Caballero, Eric Koston, and Rodney Mullen. Levels span a variety of international and domestic locations, from Los Angeles and Tokyo to Suburbia and Skater's Island, each presenting challenges and objectives to complete. The game introduces the Revert, a maneuver that connects vert tricks into longer combo chains, as well as a range of new flatland moves including Caspers, the Primo, and the Handstand Manual, expanding the trick system considerably beyond its predecessors.
