Kirby's Blowout Blast is a 3D platform arcade game developed by HAL Laboratory and released for Nintendo 3DS in 2017. Players guide Kirby through more than 25 stages, inhaling enemies and expelling them as Blaster Bullets — the more enemies swallowed at once, the larger and more powerful the projectile. Familiar bosses from the Kirby series, including Kracko Jr. and King Dedede, appear in fully three-dimensional encounters. Scoring is central to the experience: each stage awards a bronze, silver, or gold star based on performance. Players can maximize their score by chaining consecutive hits without missing or by collecting coins scattered across platforms. Completing stages unlocks EX stages that present a harder challenge. Compatible Kirby series amiibo figures can also be tapped to construct statues in an in-game plaza, which in turn unlocks new music tracks.
